Matador AG has been providing its shareholders with access to private equity since 2005.

Matador Secondary Private Equity AG is a listed public limited company based in Switzerland. Business purpose is investments in the private equity secondary market. The portfolio is broadly diversified by sectors, regions, vintage years and investment styles.

We want to give our shareholders access to attractive returns of this asset class in combination with the advantages of a liquid equity investment.

The subscription volume of a private equity investment is usually at least CHF 5 million. Matador AG’s shares, on the other hand, are traded on the stock exchange and thus provide access to private equity.
